Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Khomkai to create or distribute content that violates any law, regulation or third-party rights.

Do not infringe trademarks, copyright, trade dress, publicity or privacy rights — including by impersonating a restaurant, chef or celebrity, or by claiming AI outputs as proprietary signature recipes of a real establishment.

Do not pass AI outputs off as Michelin-listed restaurant menus or as the work of any identifiable real chef without their written consent.

Any content that sexualises or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and UK law enforcement, as required by law.

Do not create deepfakes, voice clones or impersonations of real people without their written consent.

Do not upload images of identifiable people without their consent.

Do not use the service to harass, dox, threaten or defame.

Do not request instructions for weapons, explosives, cyber-attacks, intentionally unsafe food preparation, or content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.

Do not use Khomkai to encourage or facilitate eating disorders, including extreme restriction or purging.

No fraud, scams, phishing, fake reviews, election disinformation or impersonation of Khomkai or its staff.

No friendly-fraud chargebacks. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute after substantially using the service in a billing period — or while still holding an active subscription — without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms. Repeat offenders will be banned from all payment processors, all future Khomkai products and any successor brand.

No payment-instrument abuse: do not use stolen cards, mule PayPal accounts, or chargeback-as-a-service operators. Khomkai cooperates with Stripe Radar, PayPal Risk and Creem fraud teams.

Do not present AI outputs as professional medical, dietary, legal, financial, veterinary, or psychological advice.

Do not use Khomkai outputs to make therapeutic, curative, weight-loss or disease-prevention claims about any food or ingredient. This includes phrases such as "cures", "prevents", "treats", "clinically proven to lower", or any wording that implies a medical or pharmacological effect.

Do not use Khomkai to sell or market nutritional supplements, weight-loss programmes, detox regimens or any product that requires FDA/MHRA/EFSA approval.

Khomkai is for cooking content only. The following AI uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent bans on first detection — no warning, no refund:

- Sexually explicit, NSFW or pornographic content of any kind (including "safe-for-work-with-suggestive-pose" workarounds, fetish food imagery, or sexualised plating prompts).

- AI-generated content depicting minors in any suggestive or sexualised context.

- Deepfakes, voice clones or impersonations of real chefs, celebrities, restaurants, food critics or family members without written consent.

- Generation of images or videos depicting real food brands, restaurant logos or copyrighted dish presentations passed off as originals.

- AI-generated reviews, testimonials or social-proof content claimed as real diner feedback.

Do not present AI recipes as the original signature dish of a named restaurant or chef without their written consent.

Do not use Khomkai outputs to misrepresent the cultural provenance of a dish (for example, claiming a Lanna dish is from another region's tradition for commercial gain).

Do not market AI outputs to people with declared allergies, pregnancy or medical dietary restrictions as safe without independent professional verification.

No circumventing rate limits, allowance caps or access controls.

No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access to the service.

No automated traffic against the service beyond documented APIs and reasonable per-account interactive use.

Report abuse to support@khomkaithaicuisine.com. We may remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy, without notice and without refund where the breach is serious or repeated.
